General Questions

You should receive your order within 7-10 business days, usually sooner.
While we do not ship direct to individuals internationally at this time. But shoot us an email at sales@better-bands.com and we’ll see what we can do.
We are always trying to better things. If you think you have a thing that needs bettering, contact us and tell us more.

Better Bands

Don’t worry! What you are seeing is the agent used to release the bands from their mold. All you’ll need to do is take a damp cloth and give the bands a once over after installation. They’ll look as good as new.
While our stock color is black, we can do special orders in different colors in large quantities. Contact sales@better-bands.com for details.
We strongly suggest you do not spray Better Bands with disinfectant sprays. First: the microphone doesn’t like being sprayed. Second, the spray can dry out our material (and OEM bands as well) and can lead to your bands failing early. If you must, we suggest using disinfectant wipes on the mic’s grill only. Of course, telling your jocks to do that is something else entirely.

Better Nuts

We suggest wrapping your Better Nut in masking tape before taking an adjustable wrench to it. This should provide enough protection to keep you from bruising your nuts.
Do you even lift bro? (Kidding.) The thumb screw has a nylon coating on it’s threads to prevent it from loosening. Downside is it makes it tougher to tighten. Luckily a 3/16th Allan Wrench and some “gusto” will do the trick.
