Return & Replacement Policy

We at Better Bands know that you are crying at the joy of these wonderful bands and nuts, and the pain it will remove from your daily life.

That said, we want you to be happy. So here is our return policy if you are not.

BETTER BANDS

  • REFUNDS: 14 day money back guarantee. If these bands aren’t as great as you’d hoped, and you’d rather use OEM bands that rot in months, we’ll give you your money back, less shipping. Send an email to sales@better-bands.com with your order number within 14 days, and have your bands postmarked within 7 days of that email. Once we receive them, we’ll refund your payment. Bands purchased by third parties are subject to the third party’s return policy.
  • REPLACEMENT: If you get a bad band from us (we hand pack these things, so it’s doubtful it’ll happen), send us an email at sales@better-bands.com and send the band(s) back to us within 14 days of purchase. We will swap it out for a good band.
  • NOTE: Bands must be in “Like New” condition and not ripped, torn, stretched or otherwise screwed with.

BETTER NUTS

  • REFUNDS: 90 day money back guarantee. If the Better Nut wasn’t everything you’d hoped, we’ll give you your money back, less shipping. Shoot us an email at sales@better-bands.com with your order number within 90 days of purchase, and have your nut postmarked within 7 days of that request. Once we get it back, we’ll refund your payment. Better Nuts purchased by third parties are subject to the third party’s return policy.
  • REPLACEMENT: If you get a bad nut from us (we hand pack these things, so it’s doubtful it’ll happen), send us an email at sales@better-bands.com and send the nut(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase. We will swap it out for a good nut.
  • NOTE: Better Nuts must be in “Like New” condition for refunds/replacement and not stripped, defaced, or have cracked or damaged powdercoat due to improper installation.
